    Hi There,

How do I stop the cookie banner from appearing on Elementor templates such as when the website is in maintenance mode? I selected the obvious option of “Disable Complianz on this page” but an Elementor Template isn’t a page and this option does not work.

Is there no way of selecting where the cookie banner appears and does not show? I also have the premium version of this plugin, the same issue occurs.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tonybaker3061,

The cookie banner is excluded from Page Builders, but it looks like the Elementor Template editor was not included in the list of page builders yet.

Could you try if installing the plugin version from this link solves the issue? You can download the plugin by clicking the green Code button > Download .ZIP.

    Hi @jarnovos,

Thanks for looking into this for me. I did try the elementor preview version from github via the link and the same issue exists. As a temporary fix, I added some CSS to the template to remove the banner. It would be great if a fix for this was added though for the next release.

    Best Wishes,
    Tony

    Hi @tonybaker3061,

We disabled the cookie banner for all URL’s with parameter ?elementor_library

    e.g.: ?post_type=elementor_library&p=32&preview=true

This is an example of a Saved Template preview in draft. Could you tell me a specific example, or post a URL where it still happens?

    regards Aert
