Cookie Banner settings weren’t saved

    Hi there,

    I want to change some settings for the design of the cookie banner but actually, the settings were “saved” for a moment, but when I reload the settings page (or do something else and came back), the settings were the standard settings again. We use Divi as a page builder and we had migrate the website from our test environment to the live environment. We don’t have this issue on our test site. All of our caches are empty. Is there another setting/thing that we can do?

    thanks for your message.

    If you don’t have that issue in the test website it can be due to:

    1) A cache issue, so please follow this guide

    2) A security issue, please disable your security plugin if you have one just for the configuration of the plugin

    3) A hosting issue, please point to them what you’re experiencing and the fact that you don’t have issues with the test website

    Otherwise you could also try to disable all plugins except from ours and see if it solves the issue, if it will work it will mean there’s a conflict with another plugin activated in your website.
