• Hello, I’ve used your plugin on several different websites without issues, but this one is not displaying. When I look in the Dev Tools inspector, I see a CSS rule that I didn’t place:
    .cmplz-hidden {
    display: none !important;
    }
    Where can I undo this?
    Thanks.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @vesica,

    I viewed your website in a new Incognito window and the Cookie Banner appears correctly on my end. Could you check the site in an Incognito window, to see if that causes it to appear for you as well?

    Cookie Banner

    As for the mentioned CSS rule; the plugin adds this CSS to hide/unhide certain elements, it is added intentionally.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi jarnovos, I viewed it in a private window in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, but it was only visible in Safari. This could be a caching issue and the site is hosted with GoDaddy Managed WordPress hosting. Any tips on how to make it visible to everyone?

    Hi @vesica,

    Since our last update, we added a feature called DoNoTrack & GPC, under Wizard, General, Security & Consent.

    Is this enabled?

    regards Aert

    Yes, that setting is enabled.

    Hi @vesica,

    It might be Chrome, for example, is set to a high privacy setting, and therefore it enabled DoNotTrack. If enabled in both the browser and Complianz, the cookie banner listens to the browser settings and will opt-out directly and won’t show the banner.

    Disabling the option, clearing the cache, and trying again would support this.

    Thanks, Aert. It’s good to know that anyone else who doesn’t have Do Not Track enabled can see the banner. It will be annoying for those who have enabled this setting in their browser to see it…I think…so I think I will leave it as is. I really appreciate your insight on this, thank you again.
