Cookie banner doesn’t disappear

    Hello,

    I have an issue with the cookie banner not disappreaing, I’ve tried disabling a few integrations, but that doesn’t solve my issue. Cannot get the cookie banner to disappear by clicking ‘accept all’, it does disappear after clicking ‘accept functional’. Any thoughts by any chance on how I can resolve the issue?

    Hi @shopwordpresssimpelmed,

    There a function called _gaTracker from Monsterinsights, which is looking for MonsterInsights Enhanced eCommerce javascript which is blocked before consent and is not fired correctly when consent is given.

    Could you try disabling the MonsterInsights integration under Complianz Integrations – Plugins, and see if this works?
