Cookie banner doesn’t appear

From what WP Rocket functionality have you excluded Complianz at the moment?

I would recommend trying if excluding the plugin from the below features makes the banner re-appear: “Defer/Delay JavaScript”, “Minify JS” or “CSS Optimization”.

I added the exculsion in the excluded javascript files (the field after delay javascript execution).

I deactivated delay javascript execution and is not working either.

I would recommend trying to temporarily disable the aforementioned features (Minify/Combine CSS files – Minify/Combine/Delay JavaScript files), purge WP Rocket cache afterwards, and then check the front-end if disabling the setting made the banner re-appear.

If it works without a certain optimization enabled, you can re-enable the feature and exclude Complianz from it with the exclusion you attached in your original post.

You may also reach out to us on support(at)complianz.io and attach your WP Rocket settings, so I can have a look at the exact configuration.

Would it be possible for you to reach out to us by e-mail on support(at)complianz.io, and either attach your WP Rocket configuration file or screenshots of the entire WP Rocket > Settings > File Optimization page?

That would help to speed this up, as this would tell me more about your exact configuration and we can go from there.

This has been resolved by adding the below line to the exclusion field “Optimize CSS Delivery” in WP Rocket:

/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/(.*).css

If you experience a similar issue and the above exclusion does not resolve this, feel free to open a new thread.
