cookie banner does not show except a large X then text under

    The cookie does not show in the bottom after a wordpress update, on multiple sites I use the plugin,
    a Large X appears,

    after deactivating the plugin, and reactivate it was ok, but I cannot afford to have this happen on all the sites, randomly.. it is a large customer service and very very unprofessional must be fixed or we have to move away from the plugin

    Hi @obertscloud,

    Most likely the CSS file wasn’t generated correctly. Saving the banner once more should to the trick. Why this happened on your specific installation, I can’t say as this should happen during the upgrade.

    @marcorroma as this issue was resolved after the css was re-generated, this is another issue than the one you reported, where the banner shows correctly, only not for users who have an add-on which blocks complianz.

    The issue in this thread was probably caused because the css was not immediately generated on upgrade.

    Hi @obertscloud,

    In the current release there is a fallback css file in case the file wasn’t generated some reason. But normally, the css file should be auto generated on upgrade.
