The cookie banner keeps appearing multiple times whenever new elements such as a map, form, or captcha code are displayed. For instance, when I first visit the homepage, the cookie banner pops up due to the usage of Google fonts. After accepting it, if I navigate to a specific listing’s detail page that requires a captcha code, the cookie banner appears once more. What could be causing this issue?

    Hi @animesubways,

Do you have a URL where I can have a look? It could be caching, cookies are not set correctly, or with cookie expiration on ‘1’ not ‘365’, or there’s a difference between de URLs for example.

    Hi @animesubways,

It looks like you have a different GDPR plugin enabled next to Complianz at the moment. That plugin seems to delete all cookies (including the Complianz consent cookies) when you switch to another page; therefore causing the Cookie Banner to reappear as the Complianz consent cookies aren’t present anymore.

Can you try disabling the other GDPR tool? This should resolve your issue.

    Kind regards, Jarno

Thanks, it seems to work fine now!
