Cookie Banner and Features don’t work on the home page

    Hi Complianz Team,

    Problem: the cookie banner won’t work on just the home page. On every other page it works totally fine. If you go on the home page you will see a dark screen but the banner won’t pop up. In the console are no errors.

    Background: I run a woocommerce shop. All caching plugins and js minification plugins were deactivated and my complianz assistant is complete. I also tried you solutions on your debug page.

    I hope you can help me solving this issue.

    Hi @spielzeugfuchs,

    It seems to be a CSS/styling related issue. Do you happen to have any “Animation” configured under Complianz -> Cookie Banner -> Appearance -> Animation?

    If so, could you give it a try without any animations and check if that resolves the issue?
