    Hi @ghina1,

    While I would gladly assist, Complianz doesn’t seem to be installed/activated on this site. Instead, a different Cookie Consent plugin is used on this website (Cookie Law Info).

    For assistance with that plugin, I would recommend seeking assistance over at their support forums.
