Hi,
Thanks for contacting us.
I would like to inform you that, as per GDPR guidelines, the non-necessary cookies should not be accepted until the user explicitly gives consent for those cookie categories.
The user should able to check non-necessary cookies manually before the consent is given.
If you would like to have non-necessary cookies also be set once the user gives consent by clicking the ‘Accept’ button, you could update the relevant GDPR settings for the same.
Please follow the below steps to set non-necessary cookies also be ticked by default, so that once the user gives consent, the non-necessary cookies also be set:
1. Go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Cookie Settings.
2. Go to General Tab > Other.
3. Enable ‘Autotick for Non-necessary cookies’ option.
4. Click ‘Update’ button to save the settings.
Once, updated theses settings, the non-necessary cookies also will be ticked when the user clicks the ‘Accept’ button.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks
Dhananjay M.
