Convince boss to use WordPress vs. Drupal

My boss is accustomed to using Drupal. We are totally revamping our website, and is excited about upgrading from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7. However, I prefer WordPress. I am fairly new to using both, but I am a lot more comfortable with WordPress and think it will be a better, more user-friendly way to build and maintain our website. What are some major advantages for using WordPress vs. Drupal that I can present to my boss?
