ConveyThis translate icon not showing on site anymore

    The ConveyThis plugin does not show the translate button on our site suddenly. Nothing has changed on our end and we are Business tier customers. Please advise.

    Additionally the plugin inside WordPress is unresponsive and I can’t edit or change Soure or Target language.
