ConvertKit integration does not work

I get the following error “No email provider or list has been set for this optin.”. However, ConvertKit has no option for “List” under Integrations, see screenshot – https://i.ibb.co/9wq60SJ/Screen-Shot-2021-04-01-at-12-09-55-AM.png
Please advise. Thanks.
