Convertkit Form stopped working

    ConvertKit stopped working after few times testing with subscribing and unsubscribing. It doesn’t sent the confirmation email. It gives the message the subscription is successful but no email is being sent for confirmation.
    I cleared cached of my Google Chrome couple times already.

    Please Help!
