Converting html website to wordpress

Hi,

Not sure if I am posting in the correct place but it doesn’t seem to fit anywhere else!

I’ve got a html website and am looking to change it over to a wordpress site,

Structure of site is along the lines of –

example.com/cheese.htm etc

Would it be possible to convert to wordpress but keep all the urls and url extensions the same?
