Converting Address 'textarea' into TinyMCE editor

I love the plugin. But like to suggest few updates
(1) Converting textarea into TinyMCE editor for better formatting of the address text.
(2) A directory might have more than 1 address. How do I capture that?
(3) Instead of the map getting data from the address section, why not create an input for longitude and latitude or copy and paste of map iframe.
