Converted Value shows Same as Original Value

Hello I set GDP to the the “To” Currency, from USD.
On checkout, the GDP Symbol displays, however it is showing the same value which displays in USD.
Currently 1 USD = 0.79 GDP, my product = $24.99, and is showing ￡24.99 but this number should be different.
I appreciate you help!
