Convert video to WHAT? for light weight loading

  • Hi,
    I have a video file that looks like the phone screen with people texting.
    I want to convert the video file to something else so I don’t need a video player.
    I don’t need sound. GIF? Something else? If possible, I want to convert the video to a graphic sequence so I can place it in the header, and it be very lightweight and will load quickly.

    I’m very grateful for any responses.

  • GIF is probably your best bet, because support for animated PNG is not all there and other formats are even less.
