    Hi!
My Instagram feed stopped working but then I found out that you need an access token, so I added that and also upgraded the feed them social plugin. But now I cannot create a new instagram feed, because the button which should convert my instagram name to an id isn’t working. Any idea? (have premium installed)

For the moment you can use this site to convert your username to an ID, then just paste that ID into the ID field of our shortcode generator. Don’t worry above the username field.

Please update to 1.7.7 on the free version.

Note to users who use our Custom Instagram widget.
The Instagram custom widget has been depreciated as of version 1.7.7 because we have more options available on our settings page. It will still work if you are already using it, but you cannot generate an ID anymore.
