Convert images regardless of thumbnail size

Hi !

Your plugin is all I search for convert my images to webp and avif, but it appears to convert only specified thunbnail size.

I use the Better Image Size plugin. It allow to dynamically generate only needed image sizes for only needed images. It saves space and resource on the server. That’s a good thing.
And I want to use your plugin to save bandwith and resource, by serving the smalest images possible.

But in order to generate only needed image BIS doesn’t create thumbnail sizes. So, unfortunately, the images generated by BIS, even if there are in the upload folder, aren’t find by your plugin.

The BIS plugin have a hook available to do anything with the needed images after its generation. Do you have an action available that I can call via this hook to generate the webp and avif version of my needed image ?

If not, I saw in the support forum, that you have an cron feature in your development roadmap. Is this feature will be able to target my BIS image ?

At least, do you think, it will be possible in a future release to convert images that are in the upload folder and aren’t typical thumbnail sizes images ?
