Convert Form Input to Charts Per User

I am in the process of deciding which plugins to use for a weight loss website. I want to display users daily food and exercise data in charts. The charts should only show the logged in user his information and no anyone elses. So a dashboard would display all the charts for each user. I would like to create this site to be as simple as possible.

I use Divi page builder. I would prefer native Divi functionality or at the very least divi compatible plugins but if not any other recommend info is appreciated.

Your opinions and suggestions would be appreciated.

1. Which plugins do you recommended that would be able to create conditional logic forms and display charts from the input data? Formidable forms seems good.
2. Which member plugin do you recommend? Member press seems good.
3. Would a member plugin take care of displaying user specific data automatically or is this something I would need to do coding on?
