Convert Contact Form submission output to a table or html

I have spent days looking for a plug in that will get me what I need. I have a client who is gathering information from their customer for an event. I need that information to be sent in the same form as the layout on the website to the administrator and the person who fills out and submits the form. Going to a database is not that important. It would be nice to have a user page with password access that would display and store the information they have inputted and then permit the administrator to add information. The user could then review this information any time. Is this possible? Thanks very much for your help.
