Convert a test environment on the public page

Hi!

I don’t know if this is the correct forum, if not, please let me know.

I would know how I can transfer my test environment to my public page. I will explain it: I have created a copy of my blog for make changes and test without modify the original (something like https://mydomain.com/testing).

And know, the test was ok, so I want to convert this test environment in my public page, without make all the changes manually (new theme, new menu, custom fields…)

Sorry if I have not explain it well, but English is not my language and I’m a WordPress novice.
