Strangely it’s tracking that they’re added to cart etc but not purchased…

As a first step, can you please share a screenshot of what you see at the screen at WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Google Analytics? That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

From what I gather, the screenshot showcases a funnel that is set up.

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to make sure the recommended steps were followed in setting up Google Analytics goals and funnels (related documentation linked here), or otherwise?

Hi @anastas10s thanks for the reply. That screenshot was merely to show again that no conversions are being recorded. I gave you the information requested originally (system information and screenshot of my settings) but didn’t receive a reply. There have been a number of purchases but no conversions recorded.

Thank you for sharing the report, everything looks healthy so far.

Tracking purchase events happens on the “Order Received” page when customers land on it. Therefore, any modifications to this page may potentially cause issues. For example:

• Redirecting to a custom thank-you page.
• Implementing changes to the woocommerce_thankyou hook.
• Having your theme override the page’s behavior.
• If you’re using a payment gateway that employs the redirect method but doesn’t return to the “Order Received” page.

If any of these conditions apply to your website, please address them by removing the customization and placing a test order again. Also, make sure you’re not testing from your admin account, and to use a different payment method like Cash on Delivery or BACS.

Note: Tracking can take a while to show up in your Google Dashboard (it’s recommended to wait 24 hours or try the real-time tracking reports).

I have edited the order received page using Elementor – how do I get this to register as a conversion with the value now then?

I have exactly the same issue. I believe a lot of people have the same issue. Please help us resolve it

@npalradhika I’m literally just uninstalling this plugin and trying to get it set up manually since this doesn’t work and we can’t get support.

I’m sorry to know you’re still having trouble with the purchase events. As previously mentioned, the purchase event is triggered from the order-received page so any changes made to this page can potentially cause issues, especially if all other events are functioning correctly.

Could you please confirm if the purchase event is working after disabling Elementor?

Make sure to check the real-time tracking tab in your Google dashboard when testing.
