Conversions not showing

  • Hi everybody,

    my issue is that the Page views of the two variants are showing up, but I cannot track any conversions. The Conversion-Goal has the right thank-you-page attached, but no matter how often I test it, conversions do not show up in the dashboard. I have read that a speed Plugin might be interferring with the tracking – I use Seraphinite Accelerator. Do you have any experience with this plugin causing problems with Nelio?

    I checked your goal page and none of our scripts are loaded there. In fact, it seems that page uses a different template or something, because the HTML of the goal page is different than the one in the control or variant versions.

    Could you check that and let me know why scripts are not loaded there?
