Conversions not logging

I’ve enabled the plugin – everything works except checkout tracking. I’ve tried firing different hooks on the thank you page template, including woocommerce_thankyou, woocommerce_before_thankyou as well as Conversio’s own conversio_thankyou hook, neither of which is detected. A pageview event can be seen in GA4s DebugView, but no conversion events.
