Conversions List: N/A – unable to find the referrer source

    Hi,

    I have a Referral Source setup and the WooCommerce add-on enabled. The Referral Source shows in the Tracking Log, but get “N/A – unable to find the referrer source” in the Conversions list.

    How can this be fixed so that Referral Sources are shown in the Conversions list?

    We do use WP Rocket caching if that is of any significance. Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

    Sorry for not reporting back.

    The issue was that our rep doing the test uses Hootsuite, and for some reason, that referrer URL (hootsuite.com) was showing in the conversions log rather than the referrer source we created.

    Tests from other reps work perfect. Thanks!
