• I set up a test using the tracking image and yesterday I had two conversions, but they are now now showing.

    We do use Kinsta managed services with a staging and production environment. When I push from staging to production, I do need to clear cache and CDN cache. I am not sure if that would clear the conversions?

    Otherwise, what else could it be and how can I make sure that it does not happen again?

    That said we are no kinsta experts. However it mostly depends on if you push also your database to production. I bet this they the database is not pushed or just partly. However copying database data will be the main important think to do this.

    The plugin itself has no feature to actually delete conversion data. So there most by something “from the outside” deleting / clearing the needed database tables.
