Conversions aren’t being registered

    My page is not registering the conversions correctly. I checked the Debug log and this is what it has for the most recent order section:

    Last order URL: https://gentleearthpets.com/checkout/order-received/662/?XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    Order received page uses proper is_order_received() url: yes
    Purchase confirmation page redirect: no

    Would this be the problem? That the purchase confirmation page redirect is no? Or is there something else I’m missing?

    I also have Google Site Kit installed and activated for Google Analytics, and hooked up with Google Tag Manager. Would that interfere with the conversion tracking?

    Is there any other possible explanation as to why it won’t track conversions?

    Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    No. Having no redirect is a good sign.

    It can have an impact. I know from a at least one WooCommerce shop where Google Site Kit blocked our scripts somehow.

    Is there any other possible explanation as to why it won’t track conversions?

    I see that dynamic remarketing events load just fine on product pages: https://take.ms/LJDKr

    It is likely that the purchase confirmations work fine too.
    You must know, that Google Ads only tracks conversions if they were triggered by a click on an ad.
    Please follow this procedure to test a conversion. If it doesn’t work, please send me the full debug output to [email protected]
