Conversions API Gateway not sending events due to missing DNS record

The Conversions API Gateway connected to this Meta Pixel currently isn’t sending any events to Meta because it may be missing the DNS record.

    First this plugin worked fine

  • Hi @elenapecherskyi

Based on your shared information, it seems like the issue is related to a missing DNS record. This is typically an issue with your domain’s settings rather than the plugin itself. DNS records are used to connect your domain to different services, in this case, the Conversions API Gateway.

To resolve this, you will need to add the appropriate DNS record to your domain’s DNS settings. This record should have been provided to you by Meta (Facebook) when setting up the Conversions API Gateway. If you can’t find this record, I recommend reaching out to Meta’s support team for assistance.

Further information can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/guides/gateway/setup/

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
