Conversion of WordPress.com to www.remarpro.com Blog

I have a Blog on WordPress.com that I want to convert or transfer to www.remarpro.com. I already have 17 posts on my Blog. I already have an aWeber auto responder account along with an Opt In form and standard e-mail response that I want to make part of my www.remarpro.com Blog.

I have been trying to do this the last couple days with no success. Is there someone out there who could help me?
