    Hi @dev11webby

Have you received any orders on your website recently? If you could, please try excluding WooCommerce pages, especially the checkout and order received pages, from your cache plugin settings and see if it makes any difference.

During my testing, I observed that I had to click the “Add to Cart” button at least twice to add a product to the cart, and placing an order took a long time, which is not usual. It also appears that your checkout and order received pages are being cached, and you’ve also customized the order received page. This could be the reason why your purchase events are not being tracked properly.

The tag assistance indicates that your purchase events are tracking successfully. However, it seems like your conversations aren’t being tracked. This could possibly be because you’ve customized your order received page and aren’t using the default one.

Also, ensure you’ve set up your goals and key events per this guide: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9267568

I hope this provides some clarity on the matter. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
