    Hello,
    I have a services webpage.
Our Google ads campaign link to a landing page where users schedule a phone call with us.
After the call they receive an email with a link to a woocommerce product page. And there they do the purchase.
I′m not seeing conversion, and I guess is because users don′t come directly from google ads…
?Is there a way to implement this so we can track the final conversion of our proccess?

    Thanks in advance!

Our Google ads campaign link to a landing page where users schedule a phone call with us.

Is the landing page on the same domain as your WooCommerce shop and is it part of the same WordPress/WooCommerce installation?

If so, then our plugin is injecting a tracking pixel on the landing page as well, which should enable the tracking to start with. If, after a purchase, the visitor is correctly redirected to the purchase confirmation page, then this should be tracked as a conversion in Google Ads (only in case the visitor came to the shop through an ad.)

So technically this should work, no matter if there is a call in between.

    But I can’t be a 100% sure, since I don’t know your exact setup.

Best is you follow the testing procedure exactly: https://docs.woopt.com/wgact/#/test-order

If the shop’s checkout is not using the standard WooCommerce checkout flow, but some customization, we can’t give free support.

    thanks alekv.
Yes, the landing page is in the same domain and wordpress/woocommerce installation.

“…the visitor is correctly redirected to the purchase confirmation page, then this should be tracked as a conversion in Google Ads (only in case the visitor came to the shop through an ad.)”
Here is where I think the proccess fails in counting conversions. When they get to the shop, they don′t come from an ad, but from a link in an email that we send to them.

Again. If they click on the ad and land on the landing page first, then call, then come back on the website by clicking on the link in your email and check out with the same browser, it should work.

Basically, if the cookie is set in the browser after clicking on an ad, and the user uses the same browser to check out, no matter if he had a call in between and clicked on an email link to come back, it will work.
