Conversion health errors

    I have installed this plugin successfully. From the WP end, everything is marked as ok and no issues. However, inside Pinterest from their ‘Conversion Health’ dashboard there are errors. This is related to the Pinterest tag. One is that the currency is still required. Another is saying the Checkout conversion event has errors. I have contacted Pinterest support who have refused to help, stating this is a plugin issue and WP needs to provide support.
    It is not obvious to me what needs to be done to fix these errors. There doesn’t appear to be any documentation for this plugin that I can find. The help pages on Pinterest aren’t obviously helpful to me either. Can you provide direction?

    Also, please send a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Pinterest errors
The errors are only visible from the Pinterest side, under their Conversion Health dashboard. There is no detail. Just a link to a long winded help page in each case.

    Thanks for checking. I worked it out. I needed to put the shop into test mode and put a sale through. It’s all good now, though it took nearly 36hours to register.
