As for the grid view, this can also be happening due to current active theme. Would it be possible to create a staging environment, proceed with the update in there and share a URL here with us?

I have done 4 conversion tests from the 1st time this new version was offerred and the grid view has never worked with any theme I have tried. I sent in a support post from the 1st version of the new program.
