Conversion API only in combination with Pixel?

    Am I right to believe, that in order for the FB Conversion API to work, I also need to add the pixel separately? Because if I just add the Conversion API in Pixel Cat, add the pixel code and save – with the page refresh the line of the code is empty again…

    Hi Patriciava,

    Thanks for your message. I will be happy to help.

    You can add both of them at the same time. Both will be saved to your site and when you test them with Facebook, both should fire.

    If the line is empty after refreshing, it’s just a bug on not displaying your Pixel code in that field, but your code is still added to your site. I will alert the development team to this and have it attended to in the next release.
