Controlling Comment Styles…?

Hi:
When you click on a daily post title link, and the comment boxes drop below the post (name, email, description, etc.)…
Where are those styles located…in wp-layout.css? If they’re suppose to be in there I’m either missing them or have erased them. For i.e., h2#comments is nowhere to be found, or #comments in general…there is an ol#comments. I’m thinking that I could have erased it.
Or will I need to make my own style rules for this part?
Problem is when the comments form appears, it isn’t flush with the rest of the text on my page…
