Control who can access to download

in that case, please check, if any selected category has “All Visitors” checked.

Hi, i tried all settings, and can still Download files even if settings are Subscriber. And i visit the page without login.

Settings in Categorie = Only Subscriber.

If ‘Allow Access’ field in packages settings is set to ‘Subscriber’ and only subscribers has access to category download will no be accessible by guest.

I am having this same issue. I have removed all access from the allow access section and added back just say contributor for the accountancy document found below yet if I’m logged in or not I can still download the doc.

@jllponl1ne, Check your category settings from Downloads >> Categories page. Maybe your category has global access set from there. Uncheck all options from Access fields ( screenshot below ) and save the category. That should fix the issue.
