Control URL

I’m changing my site over to wordpress and the url’s are for example like this: MYSITE.com/advertdisplay.php

However, if I change this page to wordpress and title it Advert Display, the URL will be advert-display.php. The problem is I don’t want the search engines to think i’m duplicating a page.

Is there anyway I can control the url of a post?
