Is it possible to dictate the breakpoints for the Justified Gallery?

I feel the grid breaks too soon to a new layout. What this effectively does is force a square image from row1 position #3, onto row #2, thus causing the first two images to stretch (resize) fill up the entire with of the browser for row 1.

Clear as mud? So, put another way, there are 3 images on row one. Upon making the browser smaller, image #3 drops to row two, leaving only the first two images in row#1 to fill the width of the gallery, which causes the images to distort until you contiue to resize the browser until those two images in row#1 are closer to their original dimensions.

I know this is the idea of the justified gallery, but if the breakpoint could be much narrower (like 800 pixels for the browser width?) the integrity of the images would remain intact for longer I feel.

The above page has the FooGallery Justified grid, followed by a screenshot of the current settings for the gallery.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

I had a look at your settings, and it seems your row height of 400 is too much. Try a smaller value like 200 or 250.

If you look at the justified gallery demo here : https://miromannino.github.io/Justified-Gallery/options-and-events/

And play with the row height value, you will see that changing it to 400 replicates what you are getting. Changing it down to 200 or even 150 allows more thumbs to fit per row.

BUT… what I think would be ideal is to be able to change the rowHeight at different breakpoints. I have asked the author of the jquery plugin for some example code to do this.

    Thank you for replying.

In general, when preparing images for the justified grid, should the height of the original images to be uploaded match the row height? Or be 2x or 3x to maintain quality when they get resized/moved to another row? Hope I’m making sense here.
