Control Previously Created Extra Fields

Hello,

Can I somehow use this plugin to control previous extra fields that were created?

For example, I have an extra field created for Phone Number. It is being added via user_contactmethods filter and is registered as an $extra_field as “phone_number”. This way, the value can be retrieved across multiple avenues including a plugin we are using, Ultimate Member.

Can your plugin be used to control fields in this manner?
