Control of WordPress Heartbeat API to reduce server load

    I am using WP-Optimize which has improved the performance of my website.
    Is there any functionality that allows me to control the WordPress Heartbeat API?
    I don’t want to disable Heartbeat, but I want to limit requests to admin-ajax.php to improve performance.
