Control of what results show up by category

Hello,
Is it possible to control in admin which items come up in a search by order of category?
For example, if we search for Arnica and Arnica is listed differently in 5 different categories, we would want to make category 5 show up first then the listing in category 3 etc. Do you have anything like that in your plugin? Regular or Pro?
