Control image and meta to link on Facebook ?

    I’m trying to figure out how to, when i post a link to my site on Facebook, get it to display the header image with the link and also a description of my site ?

    EDIT: The theme is twenty thirteen

    I have found some code to put in the header, but i messes it up.
