Control Formats in Posts Page?
-
I am trying to find how to remove certain post formats from showing up on my overall post page. I am sure there has to be a way, BUT I can’t seem to find the documentation for this even after reading numerous tutorials on using formats.
The goals is that I want to use the LINKS format and STATUS format posts and have them displayed on my sidebar. I have no trouble making THAT happen, BUT I do not want those posts to show up on my main post page (because they are not really posts) and would perfer for them to not even be treated the same way in my feed ( but I guess one step at a time!)
I am on 3.71. and am working off the Mantra theme. I am pretty sure that it is a specific command in the main loop for my post page ( https://www.adoptionbirthmothers.com/musings-of-the-lame-an-adoption-blog/) ? The question is what line/s and what is the code? I fear messing up the loop!
Thank you!
