    Hi Support,

    I would like to know if It is possible to hide some CRM (Contact) fields.

    I want to have a specific field for my contact but that field only should be visible for the administrator user role.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks for your query,

    We have two special user roles for the CRM section management.
    1. CRM Manager – who can manage and access all the CRM activities.
    2. CRM Agent – who can access only limited contacts or companies which are already assigned to him.
    Apart from this, I’m sorry to say but you will be unable to set any special capabilities for those two user roles.
