Contributors Inserting Media to a Post

    I’ve used the “Members” plug-in to give contributors the ability to upload_files and edit_files, however when they click the “Add Media” button on a post, the Media Library appears empty (despite having stuff in it), making it impossible to insert anything to a post.

  • They should only see their media, that is the design and purpose. They cannot add other writers media. Can they upload? Can they then see that?

    What are the host rules on upload?

    You are correct! They see their media in the media library. Clicking “Insert into Post” does nothing, however…

    And yes they can upload.
