Contributors and Authors can edit the settings

    It seems any user role except subscriber can edit the settings? I have standard user roles, except contributors can upload media files. This is a pretty big issue that lets any random contributor or author change settings across an entire site.

    How can I change this? I could edit the code if you could point me in the right direction, a sample edit would be most helpful too.

    Finally we have released the new version of “Inline Related Posts” plugin with a lot of improvements/bugfixes regarding paragraph spacing.
