Contributor role creating a post

    So I am strugling to figure this out. I install plugin, customize some things, and now I can see that user when he logg in. Is it posible that he from front end of his profile now is able to write post and put in the desired category/categories? What am I a missing, I am not bale to find something like add new post or so?

    Is there a way just to add + sign true some snipest code that will redir ct directly to posts from backend? In this case user needs to log in from wp-admin if he wants to write an article, correct? That small code would create huge difference, can you help maybe? Thank you in advance.
