Contributor redirect away from /wp-admin/ and able to access WP Dashboard later

  • Please help on how to make Contibutors role redirect after successful login to a certain page instead of /wp-admin/ but still able to access /wp-admin/ later or afterwards. He might need to be able to add/edit/read post
